This engaging and interactive introductory level workshop is designed for professionals looking to deepen their understanding and gain practical strategies to support the unique needs of twice exceptional learners. Explore the characteristics and challenges faced by these learners, learn how to identify and nurture their strengths, address their learning challenges, and create inclusive and supportive environments. Join us on this exciting journey to unlock the potential of twice exceptional learners and create pathways for their success.  There will be light reading prior to each session and online group discussion after the sessions.

After successful completion, participants will receive a certificate for 10 hours.

Discover the hidden talents within 2e learners and learn how to design interventions that tap into and nurture their strengths.

🏫 Session 4: What 2e Learners Need to Thrive in the School Setting
Explore the crucial components of creating an inclusive and supportive environment for 2e learners to thrive academically and socially. 🌈

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. Understand the unique characteristics and challenges faced by twice exceptional learners, enabling them to better support their needs in educational settings.

2. Identify and nurture the strengths of 2e learners, using evidence-based strategies to empower their potential and enhance their learning experiences.

3. Apply effective strength-based interventions tailored specifically for twice exceptional learners, promoting their growth and success.

4. Create inclusive and supportive environments that facilitate the academic and social development of 2e learners, ensuring their overall well-being and fostering a sense of belonging.

5. Engage in online group discussions, collaborating with fellow participants to deepen their understanding and extend their learning beyond the workshop sessions.

Upon successful completion of the workshop, participants will receive a CE certificate for 10 hours, validating their enhanced knowledge and skills.
